Nonprofit Organization Applications
Applicants will receive an email notification regarding the final decision on their application.
Please note: All application decisions are final. We are unable to provide individual application status updates by phone or email.
Need Toys for Your Children?
Individual family applications are processed through designated distribution locations based on your ZIP code.
Please apply through the location assigned to your ZIP code. Once your application is submitted, it will be handled by the designated distribution site rather than directly by the Philadelphia Toys for Tots office.

Nonprofit Organizations
Nonprofit organizations interested in requesting toys for children they serve must complete the nonprofit application during the designated application period.
Important Requirements
Organizations must:

Be an eligible nonprofit organization and be verifiable through the IRS database

Be current and up to date with required tax filings

Serve children within the Philadelphia/Bristol Toys for Tots campaign area

Provide the names and ages of the children being served as requested on the application
Please Understand
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or fulfillment.
The Philadelphia/Bristol Toys for Tots Campaign can support only a limited number of nonprofit organizations each year, depending on the donations received.
If your organization is approved:

Toy orders are packed based on the inventory available at the time of fulfillment.

We will make every effort to fulfill requests as closely as possible.

Requested quantities and specific toys cannot be guaranteed.

Organizations will receive notification regarding the final decision.

Approved organizations may receive updates regarding their order by email or phone.
All application decisions are final.

2026 Event Dates

Event requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance using the “Tell Us About Your Event” form under the News & Events section.
While we cannot guarantee that a Marine will be available to attend every event, we will make every effort to support our community partners and supporters.
Toys for Tots Distribution Guidelines
The Philadelphia/Bristol Toys for Tots Campaign is committed to helping provide a Christmas gift to children in need.
To ensure that donated toys are distributed fairly and reach children through our approved programs, we do not support toy auctions, bulk toy giveaways, or independent toy distribution events outside of our official Toys for Tots application and distribution process.
Our program is designed to serve children through:

Age Guidelines
Due to the types and quantities of toys donated to our campaign, the Philadelphia/Bristol Toys for Tots Campaign is able to provide toys for children up to age 11.
This guideline reflects the availability of donated toys and the age ranges most commonly represented in our inventory.
2026 Campaign Closing
The 2026 Philadelphia/Bristol Toys for Tots Campaign will officially close on:
December 18, 2026
December 18 is also the final scheduled event date.

The Marines and volunteers of 3d Battalion, 14th Marines are proud to continue the Toys for Tots tradition in Philadelphia and Bristol.
Every year, this mission is made possible by the generosity of our donors, businesses, community partners, volunteers, and everyone who helps us bring holiday joy to children in our community.
