Important Dates – 2025 Season

Individual Family Requests

October 1st: Applications Open

December 5th: Applications Close


Nonprofit Requests

October 1st: Applications Open

November 8th: Applications Close


 All applicants will receive an email notification of our decision. Please note: all decisions are final.




Event & Volunteer Requests

If you’re interested in hosting an event or volunteering to help with toy distribution, please visit the Get Involved / Volunteer links at the top of this page.

November 24th: Last Day to Submit Event Requests

December 17th: Final Event Date

December 10th: Toy Box Pick-Up Begins


Please submit event requests at least 2 weeks in advance using the “Tell Us About Your Event” form under the News & Events section. While we cannot guarantee a Marine will attend every event, we will do our best to support your efforts.



Distribution Guidelines

Toys for Tots is committed to ensuring every child has a gift for Christmas.
We do not support toy auctions, bulk toy “giveaways,” or events outside our official application process.

 Toys are distributed only to:

Families who apply through the official request system, or

Nonprofits verified through the IRS database and meeting our criteria, with a submitted list of the children they serve.




Age Guidelines for Toys

Due to limited donations for older age groups, the Philadelphia/Bristol Toys for Tots campaign can provide toys for children up to age 11. This reflects both availability and what is most commonly donated for redistribution.



Closing of the 2025 Season

December 17th: Final Event Date

December 19th: Campaign Officially Closes
